Voting<\/strong> in the election takes place from August 21 – September 4<\/strong><\/span> via electronic ballot on the PPCC website (ballot linked above).\u00a0 For more information about the election & voting process, click on the Voting & Election Information<\/strong> and 2026 Election FAQ<\/strong> notices linked above.<\/p>\n

Interested Palisadians may also apply to become an Alternate Area or At-large Rep<\/strong>.\u00a0 See the notice linked above for details on how to apply; deadline for applications:\u00a0 September 19, 5pm<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We also encourage everyone to take the PPCC-NORC follow-up community survey<\/strong> (see letter linked above), and to review the draft proposed Two-Year Strategic Plan for PPCC <\/strong>(also linked above).<\/p>\n

The election results will be announced at or before the next PPCC meeting on September 10, 2026.<\/strong>\u00a0 Also on that agenda: a Fire Safe Palisades grant recommendation and presentation;\u00a0 board consideration of the Strategic Plan proposed by the Executive Committee; and a possible presentation on a proposed concrete “batch plant” for the Palisades.<\/p>\n
